Τουρίντ Ρουγκάς (Νορβηγία). Η επίδραση των δυο φωτισμένων δασκάλων άλλαξε δραστικά την εκπαιδευτική φιλοσοφία του κ. Αραχωβίτη που πέρασε οριστικά στο κλαμπ των θετικών εκπαιδευτών. dog paw print Έχοντας αφήσει πια πίσω τις παραδοσιακές μεθόδους εκπαίδευσης (που στηρίζονταν στον εξαναγκασμό, στη ψυχολογική πίεση και τη σωματική βία, πνίχτες κ.λ.π.) και βρίσκοντας πρόσφορο χώρο προσωπικής έκφρασης, ο κ. Αραχωβίτης αποφάσισε να διαδώσει τις φιλικές μορφές εκπαίδευσης ζώων στην Ελλάδα. To StarDogs σύντομα έγινε ταυτόσημο με τις ήπιες και θετικές και ευχάριστες προς το ζώο και τον ιδιοκτήτη μορφές επικοινωνίας. Από το τέλος της δεκαετίας του '90, έχοντας ήδη σπείρει τα "καινούρια δεδομένα", το StarDogs, πρωτοπορώντας για άλλη μια φορά, άρχισε να προσφέρει εξειδικευμένα σεμινάρια σε όσους ήθελαν να ασχοληθούν επαγγελματικά με το επάγγελμα του εκπαιδευτή σκύλων. Γρήγορα οι αποφοιτήσαντες του StarDogs Trainers' Academy, οπλισμένοι με τις επιστημονικές γνώσεις και δεξιότητες και μπολιασμένοι με το πάθος του κ. Αραχωβίτη και τη φιλοσοφία των ζωοφιλικών, θετικών μορφών εκπαίδευσης άρχισαν να διαδίδουν σε όλη την Ελληνική επικράτεια τις "ευχάριστες αλλαγές". Σύντομα ακολούθησαν σχετικές εκδόσεις βιβλίων, μηνιαίου ηλεκτρονικού περιοδικού, CD και DVD και πρωταγωνιστικοί ρόλοι σε dog paw printκινηματογραφικές παραγωγές. Τα ετήσια σεμινάρια του StarDogs έγιναν θεσμός και ξεπέρασαν σε συμμετοχές (300 άτομα) τα περισσότερα από τα αντίστοιχα Ευρωπαϊκά και Αμερικάνικα. Τα βιβλία του κ. Αραχωβίτη μεταφράστηκαν στα Αγγλικά και στα Τούρκικα. Σύντομα το StarDogs ξεπέρασε τα Ελληνικά σύνορα με συνεργασίες σε Αγγλία και Τουρκία. Το 2002 ιδρύθηκε το StarDogs Τουρκίας στην Κωνσταντινούπολη και έκτοτε προσφέρει σεμινάρια για το κοινό και σειρά σεμιναρίων για εκπαιδευτές σκύλων στη γείτονα χώρα. Δραστηριότητες όπως το Dog Agility, το Dog Frisbee, το Flyball και το Dog Dancing πρωτοπαρουσιάστηκαν (στα Βαλκάνια) και αναπτύχθηκαν στις εγκαταστάσεις του StarDogs. Συχνά πυκνά η φιλοσοφία που προάγει το StarDogs και προσωπικά ο κ. Αραχωβίτης, οι συνεργάτες του και οι απόφοιτοι της σχολής του έχουν γίνει πρώτο θέμα σε τηλεοπτικές "Ελλάδα έχεις Ταλέντο" και ραδιοφωνικές εκπομπές και έχουν φιλοξενηθεί στα μεγαλύτερα έντυπα (περιοδικά και εφημερίδες) στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό. dog paw print Μέλος του APDT (Η.Π.Α) και PDTE (Ευρώπη) το StarDogs μοιράζεται και συμβάλει ενεργά, μαζί με άλλους εκπαιδευτικούς συλλόγους / οργανισμούς, στην διάδοση της ζωοφιλίας μέσα από την απαραίτητη αγάπη αλλά και την εξειδικευμένη γνώση. Ο κ. Αραχωβίτης 2007 (Ρώμη) & 2008 (Ελσίνκι) ήταν από τους κεντρικούς ομιλητές στο συνέδριο του Συλλόγου Εκπαιδευτών Σκύλων Ευρώπης (PDTE). To 2010 ο κ. Αραχωβίτης θα είναι πάλι από τους κεντρικούς ομιλητές του συνεδρίου στο Μπιλπάο της Ισπανίας και θα συμετέχει στο 2nd Canine Science Forum που διοργανώνεται από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Βιένης. Τον Σεπτέμβριο 2013 ήταν από τους κεντρικούς ομιλητές στο Πανευρωπαικό σεμινάριο Εκπαιδευτών σκύλων στο Άμστερνταμ της Ολλανδίας!!! Σήμερα το StarDogs φιλοξενείται σε ιδιόκτητες εγκαταστάσεις 7 στρεμμάτων στην Παιανία Αττικής, δίπλα από την Αττική Οδό, όπου εκτός των άλλων (εκπαιδευτήριο, σχολή εκπαιδευτών, Agility κ.λ.π.) υπάρχει και ξενοδοχείο / πανσιόν σκύλων και χώρος για ζωοφιλική εκπαίδευση προς μαθητές σχολείων (με ζωντανές επιδείξεις και ειδικές προβολές).
