The KidSIM program at the Alberta Children's Hospital works to provide learners surrogate clinical experience with pediatric patients in as close to a ‘real-life’ situation as possible through the use of high-fidelity mannequins, simulation, and teaching space that mimics the clinical setting as closely as possible.
