JIVAMUKTI YOGA LOFT BERLIN is located on two spacious loft floors of an old bakery factory in the hip gallery quarter Mitte-Nord in the triangle formed by Berlin's upbeat quaters Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg and Wedding. Jivamukti Yoga™ offers vigorously physical and intellectually stimulating yoga classes. Classes include Vinyasa (flowing asana sequences), hands-on adjustments, Pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, Sanskrit chanting, Yogic philosophical teachings and deep relaxation. To keep the practice inspiring, asana sequences are ever-changing with music playing an integral role in the class.
