Rural Reconstruction Foundation is the acronym of RRF. It is a non-governmental, non-profitable, non-political and non-sectarian voluntary development organization which was established on March 20, 1982 aiming at promotion of socio-economic emancipation of the under privileged in the south western part of the country in Bangladesh. It was founded by Mr. Philip Biswas and Mrs. Rita P. Biswas of Jessore.
