ETA NSW is directed by an Executive elected by its membership and is affiliated with other professional groups of English teachers in Australia through the Australian Association for the Teaching of English (AATE) and with teachers in other curriculum areas through the Professional Teachers' Council, New South Wales. To access a diversity and depth of expertise, ETA forms partnerships with other agencies for particular projects. ETA has regular and formalised procedures for offering a range of services.
