Programs are designed to provide the students of all ages—from novice to professional—with vast experiences in classical, post-classical and world dance forms. A complete dance education is our priority. The Center for Contemporary Dance also produces some of the most exciting, socially-relevant dance works of our time. Over the past 13 years, the organization has cultivated contemporary dance in the area by supporting emerging and seasoned artists in the creation and presentation of more than 250 new dance works, including those by Moore Dance Project, Dawn Branch Works, Coby Project, Patelworks Dance Theater, Tajma, Mary Love Dance Projects, Explore Theatre & Dance and many more.
