The Tuscarawas County Humane Society functions to provide humane care of all animals, to educate the public about proper veterinary care and animal welfare issues, to provide responsible programs to reduce pet overpopulation and to adopt animals into homes.

We are a 501c3 nonprofit, fully volunteer and foster-based cat and dog rescue in Boston, MA. We pull dogs and cats from high-kill shelters, often in the south, where overpopulation is a major issue due to the lack of spay/neuter laws. We are not a shelter facility and rely wholly on a devoted foster family network to do our life-saving work.
