The North West Kent Teaching School Alliance (NWKTSA) is a provider for School-led initial teacher training, in addition to school to school Support and professional development opportunities for staff across both Primary and Secondary schools. NWKTSA is the result of a collaboration between Dartford Grammar School and Wilmington Grammar School for Girls, after both schools were independently awarded ‘Teaching School Status’ by the National College for Teaching and Leadership in June 2016. Teaching schools are outstanding schools that work with others to provide high-quality training and development to new and experienced school staff.
