ART RIGA 2018. FOREIGN GALLERIES FLOCK TO FOURTH EDITION OF ANNUAL CONTEMPORARY ART BALTIC FAIR- ART RIGA 2017 This year's ART RIGA, one of most important events in the Baltic art calendar, will take place on November 7- 12.
