ART-T propose des ateliers et cours de théâtre, des cours de danse contemporaine, des cours de cinéma, des cours de chant, des ateliers d'art-thérapie. On y retrouve également des formations professionnalisantes comme la formation en création chorégraphique, la formation du performeur, une formation préparatoire aux examens d'entrées des grandes écoles et conservatoires de théâtre, la formation de seul en scène, des formations en jeu-cinéma et une formation en art-thérapie.
