Our retreats are set within the beautiful grounds of Ampleforth Abbey, a Benedictine community in a valley adjacent to the North York Moors National Park, surrounded by the Howardian Hills with over 2,000 acres of land offering woodland & lakeside walks in calm and tranquil surroundings. Our Yoga Retreats are fully catered. The food is vegetarian, freshly made and plentiful. We allow for a wide range of dietary requirements including dairy and gluten free options.
