The building and construction industry is the largest employer of trades apprentices in the Australian economy. With over 50,000 apprentices and a total workforce of more than one million people there are always opportunities to start a career in one of the construction trades. We built it because 50 per cent won't finish their apprenticeship. We want to help young people looking to get a start in our industry and help them on their path to successful long-term careers.
