Sanford Seminole Art Association Welcome! Our purpose is to promote a friendly and inspiring atmosphere among people interested in the appreciation and creation of works of art. We love to exchange ideas, thereby gaining knowledge in the field of art and provide opportunities for all people to meet and work together. We also want to keep art alive by promoting student artists to continue with their education. Our regular meetings are usually held at the Sanford Branch of the Seminole County Library at 10:00 am on the fourth Saturday of the month, from September to May. “A&E Adventures” chronicles the lives and adventures of Andrew and Erin along with Katie their goofy Labrador retriever as they make their dreams come true. They are modern hippies with a passion for adapting old ways into something new, mindful of the present, and a keen eye on the future. Their eclectic interests include all they can learn about Earthships, alternative energy, science, organic gardening, vegetarian cooking, DIY, natural health, and the arts. They are currently living near Barrie, Ontario Canada.

The South Simcoe Arts Council is an umbrella organization composed of many individuals and groups in the area who are engaged in the arts (visual, dance, music, drama, literary, structural, architecture). Members range from budding artists to professional artists, to business owners to supporters of the arts. The geographic area served is South Simcoe and includes the towns of Bradford West Gwillimbury, Innisfil, and largely New Tecumseth where the office is located at 41 Victoria Street East, Alliston community; the two townships – Essa and Adjala-Tosorontio; and Base Borden.

Noella is a St. Catharines-based artist who has studied Fashion Design, Photography, Jewelry Making, as well as painting and drawing. In the creative process her main interest is to integrate found and discarded objects into her painting, jewelry and fabric art. Noella enjoys experimenting with different mediums and unusual, non-traditional subject matter.
