Pasta and sauce products are not mass produced, so quality is ensured in every batch. There are no added colourings, preservatives, flavourings, gums, thickeners, MSG added to their products and only fresh, high quality real ingredients are used. CJ’s Pasta as established in 1994. The creators of CJ’s Pasta are Christian Gruber and David Cotelli. Both are qualified chefs who met when they worked together at a five star establishment in Brisbane.
