Our goal at EducationState is to draw public attention to what educational professionals really think of their workplaces, government policy and wider issues that affect their daily lives. We believe that the current status quo of government departments, academic institutions, external bodies and interest groups enjoy a privileged yet ultimately undemocratic and unhealthy relationship and that open debate involving all stakeholders followed by major reform is urgently needed.
