The Lizl Kotz Performance Center we provides clients with every tool necessary to optimize their performance in the athletic arena as well as their daily lives. By correcting movement dysfunction, we teach our clients how to move well. When people move well, the natural progression is a desire to move often. By identifying injuries a client may be predisposed to, we act, protect and prevent and thereby greatly modify their risk of injury. By focusing on movement training that is functional, we promote strength and power that is useable.
