The SHLB Coalition's mission is to promote open, affordable, high-capacity broadband Internet connections to anchor institutions and their communities throughout the U.S. The Coalition is founded on the belief that low-cost, high-speed connections to the Internet enable schools, libraries, health providers and other anchor institutions to accomplish their missions and serve their communities.
