Escape from Region 10 is a futuristic, sci-fi thriller set in 2035 about a post-apocalyptic dystopic “new” America in which all Americans are required to get a neural implant at the age of 18.  Those who choose not to get it, try to escape to Russian Occupied Canada (ROC) where people are not  required to get the implant. However, if they don’t make it to ROC then they are placed in a re-education center where they learn the benefits of the devices or they are never heard from again.
