The proposed time table is in line with the agreement reached by CCM/E members in 2004 and reaffirmed in 2005 at the extra-ordinary meeting of 18/08/05 for the Regular meetings to be held every month. The frequency of the meeting was revised to be held every two months as decided by the CCM/E at its 50th Regular Meeting held on 30 October 2008. The date, last Thursday of every two months, remained the same unless otherwise stated due to unforeseen circumstances/ situations. Agenda of the meeting will be circulated at least ten days ahead of the schedule and all will be informed of any change three to five days ahead of the date of the scheduled meeting. The current proposed/suggested timetable is for 2018/every two months, a total of six regular meetings are expected, subject to review and will be updated and/or adjusted accordingly.
