Studentliv og søvn går ikke nødvendigvis hånd i hånd. For mange er søvn, både mengde og rutiner, et stort problem. De du bor med i kollektivet sover gjerne til helt andre tider enn deg, og holder deg ofte våken til frokosten inntas. Du har så mange gjøremål at tiden ikke strekker til, og sitter ofte oppe med sosiale medier og Netflix når du egentlig burde hatt besøk av Jon Blund for mange timer siden. Dette ønsker Skeidar å gjøre noe med. Vi har samlet fire studenter, som hver for seg skal bli utfordret på sitt eget søvnmønster, og deler sine erfaringer med alle som følger med.
