The Center for Evaluation and Development is a non-profit charitable organization devoted to improve the lives of the world’s poor through rigorous research and evidence-based policy analysis in order to promote effective solutions to combat poverty and foster economic development and sustainability. It strives to improve development effectiveness as well as develop innovative development solutions to combat poverty and improve livelihoods. Via rigorous impact evaluations of innovations and pilot projects and upscaling of successful innovations the Center aims to develop solutions to stop poverty, foster human development and support sustainability. To attain these goals we work closely with academic researchers as well as development organizations.
